John Richards is a seasoned Business Consultant who has spent the last 20 years serving as chief executive officer and chief operating officer in a variety of industries including health care, financial services, management services organization, real estate, hotel and restaurant management, supply warehouse and maintenance. With over 25 years of progressively responsible experience, John has directed as many as 1,500 employees in companies with revenues in excess of $50 million. He has led these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.His understanding of both domestic and international distribution channels encompasses retail sales, wholesale, OEM, Human Resources, direct sales, leasing and government markets. Previously, John served as Executive Business Consultant to A Las Vegas Medical Group. Other significant positions include Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Procyon Management Group, a Nevada-based MSA, and European Regional Director of NAF European Headquarters Community Operations Division. John also served under Major General (Dr.) Vernon Chong, Command Surgeon for Headquarters U.S. European Command, Stuttgart, Germany, who advised the Commander-In-Chief on all medical matters and health issues that may affect the readiness of military forces in the command. He was responsible for establishing policies for the employment of theater medical resources during crisis, contingency and humanitarian relief operations. John holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Dublin University.
Dr. Robert Kaplan is a Family Medicine Doctor in Las Vegas, Nevada and has been practicing for 45 years. He graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine Midwestern University in 1973 and is affiliated with Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
Ashley Juste holds patient centered care at the top of her values. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas’s highly ranked Nursing program in 2011. After graduating, Ashley went on to work at one of the largest hospital in the Las Vegas valley and has acquired invaluable experience in orthopedics, neurology, cardiology, trauma services and hospital administration. While working, she chose to advance her education and received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in 2016. Ashley is passionate about doing her part to close the health disparities effecting the LGBTQ and minority populations and is certified in HIV Primary Care. A Los Angeles native living in Las Vegas for the last 10 years, Ashley’s diverse Guatemalan and Haitian background gives her the tools she needs to best treat our diverse patient population. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys athletics, travel, and music in her leisure time.
Pham (Bob) Dieu was born and raised in Vietnam, and relocated to the United States with his Family. Today, he is a proud Citizen currently holding a Bachelors degree in accounting, and is pursuing an advanced degree in finance. Bob works side by side with our CPA, and is Quick Books Certified. He is a valuable team member, and we can’t express enough how lucky we are to have Bob in the office when he is not busy in his other role as a supervisor at the Venetian Hotel, Resort and Casino. Bob’s is a sucker for horror movies. He also enjoys watching soccer, traveling, and learning new cultures. He speaks Vietnamese, Chinese, and English.
Lovella Pacis was born and raised in the Philippines. She is fluent in Tagalog, Ilocano, and English. Lovella is an asset to A-P medical, and is extremely helpful when best representing the needs of her Philippine community. Lovella started her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant but has since become a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant. Lovella graduated from the Pima Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked in pediatrics for nine years, and is very deserving of the position she holds as back office lead. She ensures on a daily basis that all of our patients are not only happy- but safe, and well cared for. Today, Lovella is happy to be in primary care with adults, and assisting her providers in all aspects of our medical aesthetic procedures. Lovella also holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Abra Instiutite of Science Technology, and is currently pursuing additional education in the medical field. Lovella loves cooking, and enjoys traveling the world with her friends. She loves being around her family, has quite the green thumb in the garden. She also just learned to swim last year and we cant wait to see all of the wonderful things Lovella dives into next!
Steyci Altamirano was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua and moved to Las Vegas 8 years ago. While it was extremely difficult in the beginning, leaving much of her family and friends behind, Steyci was able to stay resilient and become a 2015 graduate of Valley High School. After High School, Steyci went on to Pima Medical Institute to begin her education, and start her career in the medical field. She continues to be captivated by the human body, and by our ability as individuals to learn. Steyci sees her position with A-P Medical as a stepping stone into big things in the field of medicine, and we couldn’t be more proud and willing to support her career path. Steyci brings so much to the table, and always strives to accomplish the most within her reach. She is always willing to expand her knowledge. In her spare time, you can find her at the gym, hanging out with her friends, or watching movies. Her dream is to travel he world and to be an inspiration to others.
Maria was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nv. She graduated from Rancho High School in 2014 and ventured on her way Pima Medical Institute, where she graduated from the Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) Program this year (2018). Maria is very family oriented, in fact during her free time she likes to take group runs with her family, and her dogs. Maria is such as asset to our front office administrative staff – especially with being bilingual in both English and Spanish making it easy to communicate the needs of patients in our Hispanic community. Maria also grows fresh veggies in her backyard, including tomatoes. She enjoys cooking too! Her favorite dish to make is a very spicy dish called Camarones a la diabla!
